ORDER TRACKING:

You can review the status of your order and obtain the tracking number by logging into your account on orizcase.com and clicking on "My Order." Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking number to become active on the courier's system. Rest assured that the estimated shipping time remains valid regardless of tracking site updates.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Yes, we deliver internationally to over 200 countries worldwide. However, there may be certain locations where we are unable to ship. If your location is among these, we will contact you to inform you of the situation.

When Will My Order Ship Out?

Orders will ship within 2 to 4 business days of purchase. Please note that our warehouse is closed on holiday weekends, and we are unable to deliver packages on these days.

Order cut-off time is 10:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time), so any order placed after 10:00 AM EST will be considered a next business day order.
(Example: If an order is placed on Monday at 1:00 PM EST, it will be processed as a Tuesday order.)

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
(Example: If an order is placed on Saturday, it will be processed on Monday.)

It usually takes 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped. If your tracking details have not been updated after 48 hours, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

• If your order contains pre-ordered or backordered items, all items in the order will be shipped together once available. (Split shipping is not currently available.)
